The only thing required to place an order is digital pictures on your computer. If you have a digital camera you almost certainly have digital pictures on your computer. If you cannot find your pictures, they are most likely in your My Pictures directory inside My Documents.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. When you receive your digital preview, if you are not 100% satisfied with your photo mosaic, even if you see the slightest thing you would like changed, we will revise your mosaic until it is perfect.

One-two business days after placing your order you will receive an email directing you to a digital preview of your photo mosaic. At this point if you are not 100% satisfied with your mosaic, we will revise your current mosaic, make you a new mosaic, or give you a 100% refund.

Most photo mosaics will be delivered within 8 business days when ordered with ground shipping to the US. Second day shipping and overnight shipping are available at an increased rate for US customers.

The photo mosaic process works as follows: 1-2 business days to create your mosaic, 1-2 business days to print your mosaic, and 2-5 business days for standard US ground shipping (FedEx 2 day is available for $19.99 and FedEx overnight is available for $24.99). back to top

Certainly, please contact us for further instructions. Unfortunately we will not be able to return any CD's sent to us, so please only send us a copy of your photos.

Yes, you can send the order directly to the recipient. All of our orders are shipped without any mention of price on the receipt.

We recommend that you have at least 20 pictures to include in your photo mosaic. However, some photo mosaics have been made with as few as 10 pictures and still look great. On the other hand, if you have more than 20 pictures, we recommend you submit as many as possible, up to a few hundred.

If you do not have enough pictures of your own, we can supplement your picture collection with our stock photos.

The maximum number of photos you can submit depends on the size of your mosaic. For an 8x10 the maximum amount of photos is 320, for an 11x14 the maximum is 440, for a 12x18 the maximum is 650, for a 16x20 the maximum is 750 and for a 20x30 the maximum is 900. However, please don't feel obligated to upload this many photos, most users submit only 30-50 photos, and we find 20 photos is the minimum to produce good results.

Please crop your cell photos to a landscape(horizontal) 3x4 aspect ratio. You can upload cell photos that are not in a landscape 3x4 aspect ratio, but when we crop them important details may be cut out of the picture.

Pictures that are bright, have fewer subjects, and have a large contrast between the background and the subjects work best for the main image. If this sounds confusing, here's our simple recommendation: We recommend you try your favorite image as the main image and if you are not completely happy with the results, you can always change it once we show you your digital preview.

Yes, we will show you a digital preview of your mosaic before it is printed. If you are not 100% satisfied we will modify or recreate your mosaic until you are completely satisfied or give you a complete refund.

We can certainly create black and white photo mosaics. We have made plenty of these in the past and they generally turn out great. If you would like a black and white photo mosaic, please send us an email after placing your order and we will convert all of your photos to black and white automatically.
